We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the WhalePet macOS application. The software is provided as-is during preview periods.
Cloud services
Cloud chat and generation are optional, may require approval, and are subject to fair-use quotas and acceptable-use limits. We may suspend abuse or unpaid overages.
Updates
We may require you to upgrade to a minimum build for security or compatibility. You may quit the app instead of updating; cloud features may remain unavailable until you upgrade.
